Food Service

Our talented cooking staff can plan and serve great vegetarian meals or can customize a menu that includes animal protein.

During our programs, we typically offer gourmet vegetarian fare, made with fresh organic ingredients, with the occasional meal containing poultry or fish. 

For rental groups, we plan to your budget, including a choice of whether to use organic foods and meats or non-organic products; a vegan menu option is available upon request. To the greatest degree possible we use only fresh organic ingredients in our cooking, and vegetables which are in season at the time of your visit. Prices vary, depending on type of ingredients used and amount of protein desired.

Rental groups using our Mountain Facilities can choose to bring their own Chef and order the food through The Abode. Please peruse the menus below or contact us for further information.
