A message keeps coming to you from within and without. It whispers that you have some task to fulfill, some way to live your life, some gift to explore and share. It is easy to ignore it. After all, life’s demands are insistent. There is never enough time. And then there is the fear of failure. You may feel that your dream is too important to you to take that risk.

The good news is that you are meant to succeed. The bad news is that it may not be easy. It will take test your faith, challenge your assumptions, and summon your courage.

Spirituality is often seen as an inward path promising peace and detachment from the hustle and bustle of this world. However, the spiritual path also offers a practical and uplifting way to navigate the challenges of fulfilling one’s dream. One’s deepest wishes can be seen as emanating from the source of being. Strengthening your faith in the source and meaning of your desire builds the confidence needed to overcome obstacles and discover resources within and without.

This workshop is a practical application of spiritual teachings that will help you identify the next step in “sounding your true note” and fortifying yourself spiritually to succeed with your chosen tasks. Working with practices of intuition, meditation, and celebration, we will explore how specific wisdom teachings apply to our lives.

To complement the presentation and practice of these teachings, Zahira Miller will guide us through a hands-on collage project using a process called Soul Collage developed by Seena Frost (soulcollage.com). You will create a Soul Card which will provide guidance and a glimmer of insight into your life’s purpose at this time.

Zahira Haqiqah Susan Miller

Zahira is a music teacher and spiritual leader whose abiding interest is in unfoldment. A mureed since 1985, she has served as coordinator, representative, retreat guide, and dance leader. Zahira guides groups using sacred sound for attunement and soul collage for people to discover their own inner wisdom.

Suhrawardi Hassan Gebel

 Suhrawardi is a senior teacher in the Sufi Order. Currently Secretary General of the Sufi Order International, he has decades of experience as a spiritual guide, retreat guide, mentor, and teacher in many capacities. This workshop is a step in fulfilling one of his dreams, to make more available powerful teachings that can bring more meaning into our everyday lives.
