Do I need to pay the Commuter Fee if I won't be eating any meals?

The Commuter Fee supports administration of the Summer Gathering and maintaining facilities at the Abode. All attendees not paying for Accommodation at the Abode are expected to pay the $30 Commuter Fee for every day of attendance.
